Very good location for the airport, takes under 10 minutes to walk. Equally there is a bus stop right outside. Easy to arrive also from Venice. I took a bus from Maestre and it was very easy and quick. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. They even provided a bottle of water and some fruit and a pastry ready for a breakfast/ snack. The wifi is good. The bed was not that comfortable, I found it to be hard and could feel some of the springs. But for one night it was ideal.

It was really nice!
It was really nice!
There were a language barrier with the waiter, but she was really sweet and service minded.
The language barrier meant that our group couldn’t spilt the bill, for the excellent food, which created some awkward moments because we were together for the first time and didn’t know each other.

Due to a flight cancellation, we booked a last-minute deluxe king room - which was the most expensive room available. The pictures are far better than the actual property. Our room was up 2 flights of marble stairs and once inside the room - the bed was up another flight of wooden stairs. We dropped off our luggage and walked down to the Marriott and hung out in their bar and had dinner there. We only came back to sleep in the room. The water in the shower went from hot to cold repeatedly. The cost of the shuttle at the hotel is 15 euros, but they didnt tell us the shuttle goes to multiple properties and that they dont drop you at the airport entrance (we need to walk a bit with 4 suitcases which was not easy). For the same 15 euros we could have called a taxi as we did for the ride over. I would only recommend this property to someone who is in a bind as we were. Total cost was over $300 with the city tax and shuttle ride. Lastly, we didnt have the breakfast we paid for because it wasnt available until 7am and we had to leave by then. Coffee was not in the room or lobby so in my opinion they arent very concerned with giving a customer a nice experience for the money.

Tessera is a small town next to VCE with several airport hotels and a half dozen restaurants. Works well for a quick stop-over before or after your flight from VCE. Can easily access the historic area of Venice via Bus #5 which offers direct service to the historic area with a bus stop directly in front of the Marriott in Tessera. Round-trip fare is approximately 3 euros for the 20-25min trip.

Barbara & Matteo were wonderful hosts.
Barbara & Matteo were wonderful hosts. They nawered all our email questions promptly and accommodated our late arrival very graciously. Breakfast was varied & delicious, including the coffee options. They even called a taxi for us. The room was clean and modern as well, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. All in all, a great experience.
Dated, needs renovation. But clean and staff is ok. Good breakfast for €8 per person! Decent A/C but made very loud noise. Acceptable for one night / close to airport.
Shuttle does NOT run from airport to hotel but you can book from hotel to airport for €20 per room. It’s a very nice, modern van.
Unfortunately, to not fault of the hotel or staff, on the day we were there, Venice public transportation was on strike so we could not get into Venice proper and stuck in Tessera. Good restaurants within walking distance.
We stayed two nights in this comfortable and spacious apartment. We collected the keys from the hotel around the corner. We’ve stayed here before when we have early morning flights. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. A/C works great. We appreciated the microwave to heat up leftovers. No frills, but the location is great, particularly for getting to the airport easily. You can also catch the #5 bus directly into Venice itself. Recommended!
We visited Venice for two days and had an early flight leaving for Bari. The location is literally next to Venice (Marco Polo) airport which is convenient however, if you have luggage, you're going to need transport to the airport. Also, its very well connected to Venice itself with regular buses from Tessera a 5/10 minute walk down the road. Bus takes 20 minutes. As long as you don't get off at the airport (its the same bus), you can use day passes to get to/from Venice.
The hotel served its purpose as we had an early morning flight to catch at Marco Polo airport the next day. We took a bus from Venezia central bus station which dropped us some 100m to the hotel (same side of road) , the next morning we took the same bus service from the same bus drop-off point to the airport.... Brilliant. There are two restaurants adjacent to the hotel. The hotel is exactly as described.
Reserved a room at this hotel at the last minute when our cruise line canceled a stop in Venice but offered us a "drop-off" at the Venice Airport. This turned out to be a great choice on our part; the bus into Venice was across the street / down the street for easy travel to the city. We ate dinner in the restaurant two nights in a row; both meals were excellent. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
We liked Torre Antica because it was close to the Venice airport for an early Ryanair flight. They have a shuttle that took us to the airport at 3:15 in the morning for a 5:45 flight. The restaurant had great salads and burgers. The hotel is some distance from other restaurants and stores so the restaurant was very convenient. The restaurant was very accomodating for my dietary needs. Thanks
It was close to the airport. The staff was very helpful and even picked us up to take us to the hotel, then had a driver at 430 am to the airport. The driver, Alex, was wonderful. He was very friendly and told us a lot about Venice. It was such a relief to have door to door service and not have to figure out public transportation from our previous air bnb, which would have been complicated.
We stayed at the hotel for a stopover. I was amazed by the exceptional quality of the hotel be it inside or out. The staff were amazing. We got to Marco Polo airport at 11pm called for the shuttle and they were there within 10 minutes to pick us up. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we had limited time but overall we were very impressed. Would definitely stay again next time.
It is within walk distance to the airport. Please walk to the hotel rather than take the bus. That will save you 10 euro! The staff is very nice and easy going. Breakfast is a self buffet and has a variety of choices. It is also very easy travel to Venice too. Bus no 5 will literally take you wherever you want to go. In short, highly recommended if you want to save some money.
The staff member who communicated with us and picked us up from the airport was extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. Her English was fantastic, and she provided us with advice for our onwards travel. The hotel is very close to the airport and handy to the bus stop to reach Venice. The room was great and had character. Would definitely stay here again.
We stayed at Hotel Venice Resort because we wanted to be close to the airport for our departure, which is just a 20-minute walk, even with luggage. It was perfect for our needs. The room was very good, not far from the pool and a quiet outdoor area. The front desk staff was very helpful, providing us with instructions on how to get back from the island by bus.
Get away from the crowds and stay here! Easy access to Venice and the airport. The property is beautiful and rooms updated and so cute. Check in is easy with their front desk. A Bnb feel with the perks of a hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Incredible value.
Very nice authentic place. Excellent clean apartment. Nice area around the house. You can eat breakfast outside, it feels like a real willage. Close to the airport Marco polo, so we got to the hotel on foot. There is bus stop to Venice nearby.
Brilliant location between Venice and the airport, with a bud stop right outside to be able to get the bus very conveniently to Venice and back (also bus tickets purchased from the hotel reception) Lovely breakfast
Room was very nice and quiet we was able to relax and end enjoy our vacation fully. Staff was helpful and offer their help and give us good advice how to visit venice, There is shuttel bus from hotel to airport.
brand new hotel, everything we asked we received.
Food in breakfast was good.
Dinner costs from 40 euro to 60 and was delicious.
Reception helped us a lot getting around to and from Venice.
Great breakfast, lovely helpful staff and good location. The bus stop was located 5 minutes walk from the hotel and you could buy tickets at the front desk for €1.25 to bring you into Venice
Very close to Venice airport They have an airport shuttle for 5 euros. Room was bigger than most hotels and bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly.
