I booked this room because I needed a 1 night stay prior to departure from Italy. Nice, the proprietress, was incredibly welcoming and warm and went out of her way to make me feel welcome. The room was charming and well stocked with water and snacks. I was there for 1 night and checked out prior to breakfast because I had an early flight but a dinner was provided in it's place the evening prior to my departure. The bed was ultra comfortable which is unusual for Italy. Usually mattresses are very firm which hurts my back but this one was perfect for me. The private bathroom was sparkling clean and well appointed with toiletries. Because of my early flight, a taxi to the airport was pre booked ahead of time by Nice.....very much appreciated!

All was good nice and tidy, the host was very kind and sweet, we arrived early morning and the check-in was still not possible but we could leave the luggage at the apartment so we can be hand free while hanging out. We slept really good the bed was comfortable the bathroom clean and very spacious. The room had a mini fridge which i always need while traveling The windows had anti-mosquito net The breakfast was nice too

The owner was really warm and friendly. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious and prepared us for a long day of visiting the city. Everything was clean, beautiful decorated. The bedroom was really cosy and comfortable. My partner and I would love to stay there again. I noticed afterwards that they have cheaper rates on their own website.

the host is so lovely and helpful, she will advise on places to go and help with Italian and booking restaurants etc , the breakfast each day was 10/10 and the rooms clean comfortable and tidy , the location is outside the centre but gives a sense of urban Italy but the 11a or 11b bus is right outside and goes straight to the centro about 20minute journey. I recommend this place and I will come again

I liked everything, The place is super clean and cozy. The host is very kind. Breakfast was great, it has everything you want - cheese, mortadella, fruits, chocolate, yogurt, cereal, jam, butter, etc., of course coffee and milk, tea. The location is 10, max 15 min to center by bus № 11 and 30. and the bus stop is like a minute walk from the flat. I highly recommend.

The property is really nice, really cosy and warm. Very clean and neat! Everything is regularly cleaned and maintained. My stay at Posada Serena was amazing, I would give a 20/10 if it was possible. The owner is very very nice, always available and helpful, and also gives great recommendations !
