Our host, Michele was very welcoming & informative. He met us upon our arrival to show us our room, the facility and give us some information on what to do & see in Lucca. Our room was kind of small but very clean and had all we needed during our stay. The location is very central, just outside the city walls with easy access to everything. We found free street parking available a few blocks away. Pay attention to the street cleaning dates and times.

Very comfy bed, a small balcony, a little desk for writing, a fridge in the closet. Bathroom had wc and bidet and a good shower with a rain shower head. Overall very pleased. Cleanliness in general great, AC available but only if you want it. room climate was good and the floor was dampened to be silent. There even was a adapter for appliances. Best of all though is the host: great english, very communicative, has great tips for the city, very welcoming.

What was exceptional about the stay was the help and support that I got from Michele. There was nothing that was too much trouble for him and I did ask him for help, on many occasions, and he was always came through. He never passed you off on to someone else he helped you himself. An excellent host and manager.

The cute b&b is run by a very nice and kind family. Directly in front of the city wall of Lucca. We had a room with a small balcony which was nice in the evening. Just a 5 min walk to the city wall of Lucca. Would definitely come again.

Lovely accommodation and really close to the old walls of the city. Some lovely restaurants close by that were recommended by Michele. Great host, really friendly and very responsive to messages. The place was also spotlessly clean! Would definitely stay here again when in Lucca.

Michele was great, we arrived late due to a delayed flight but was no hassle at all, we were always greeted warmly and well looked after. The location was great, just across the road from the walls of Lucca, there is paid parking(1.50 euro/hr 8am - 8pm) then free after 8pm just outside the hotel or free parking close by.
