Many people think about Lampedusa as the immigration island but is definitely more than that. I have never seen such blue water and beautiful beaches. The island is very safe and people are friendly. You can do amazing boat trips and have a walk in the city center. I can really advise people to come here

Lampedusa is a place where you “can sit, be still and know that” you are here on this planet embraced by beauty. It’s impression on you mind soul and body will be long lasting - specially the weight you will loose because you are well fed. Be sure to eat at la ragosta for comfort food that will be sure to complete your experience.

Amazing beaches and the water is goegeous!!!! You can go around the whole island for 40-60 minutes with a rental scooter. 3 days wasn't enough for us, we wanted to stay longer. Lampedusa is a must Visit!! Locals were very friendly too. Would love to go back.

An island for pure relaxation - don't expect any extreme...
An island for pure relaxation - don't expect any extreme sports. The height of your expectations might be a boat trip around the island, in crystalline waters, where you can touch the fish. Or a lazy morning on the cleanest, softest beaches you can imagine. Menus on the island are, obviously, mostly limited to fish and sea-food, and are simply delicious. If you need to chill out and break away you'll find staff and locals ready to please.

There was street parking for our car just outside the hotel . Had a large great room with balcony with fantastic view of sea and Harbour. The breakfast was included and very good . Hotel was super clean and beds were made daily , fresh towels etc changed daily . Very friendly family run small hotel . Friendly staff . I recommend completely. Will return here soon

From the beginning, they offered the suttle service to pick them me up on the airport, the room was comfortable with also a small kitchen and all the necessary amenities. They also offered me the possibility to rent a scooter for a very nice price which was very convenient to explore the island. We were even allowed to leave the apartment late on the last day because of our evening flight. We were still able to go to the beach on our departure day, come back and take a shower before heading to the airport! Host is not an english speaker but with the google translator it was very easy to communicate :) Thank you for your hospitality!

He picked me up in the port and drove me to different stores to rent bikes ( highly suggested to book in advance ). Regarding the location, if you have rented a car/bike, it is very convenient to go over the island. If not, it’s also close to the last stop of bus of red line(Cala creta).
