The property is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. It’s located near the main highway so it was easy to do day trips to the surrounding towns, however it is positioned at the end of a long road that is surrounded with olive trees so it feels very secluded. The room was nice, clean, and had AC that worked great (which you don’t always find in Italy). We enjoyed the pool and the olive oil tour/tasting on site. The restaurant food and service were wonderful- we ate there for many meals. Also, there was ample parking for all guests. Highly recommend!

Located half way between the sea and Ostuni, Masseria Valente is an 18th-century masseria, a characteristic Puglia farm house, set in a 37-hectare garden. It is served in the dining room, or in fine weather, outdoors. The Valente also has a bar and a terrace, as well as a bike rental service. The white city of Ostuni and the Mediterranean Sea are within 4.3 mi from the property. Brindisi and its airport, as well as Zoosafari Fasanolandia are approximately 35 minutes by car.
