Location10 was born in a new building and directly overlooks the Port of Palermo. Outside the ZTL, on the border with the historic center (reachable on foot in a few minutes), Location10 boasts a strategic position to visit Palermo despite being out of the chaos of the city. All the rooms have services and amenities that will make your stay very comfortable: you will find in our 4 rooms private bathrooms, air conditioning, heating, minibar, flat-screen TV, comfortable work and / or study desks, safes, etc. But the strong point of Location10 is the breakfast, which can be enjoyed by our guests in mainly sweet but also savory solutions in a comfortable room with a terrace overlooking the Port of Palermo, where light and colors are the masters. Our concept is to make our guests feel at home, for a comfortable and pleasant travel experience.

Location10 is located near Piazza 13 Vittime, at the beginning of the famous Via Cavour. If you travel this road for less than a kilometer, you will arrive in the nerve center of Palermo, that is, at the Teatro Massimo. The location is ideal for those who want to park their car comfortably in one of the many free parking spaces available near the hotel and enjoy Palermo by walking or using public transport. In addition, for sports and health lovers, Location10 is located 20 meters from the largest cycle / pedestrian path in the city, which winds through the Cala coast.
