The staff was so welcoming and kind! We walked in with our fussy one year old daughter and they handed her a ducky toy and got us checked in so quickly. Then had a pack n play for her to nap in up to our room 5 minutes later! There is also a beautiful garden and indoor/outdoor space that is perfect for a busy one year old to get her energy out! The hotel is across the street from the train station too! The staff made our stay at the NYX so much more enjoyable!
