Giancarlo was an excellent host and he was ready to help us with everything. The location was excellent right infront of the port. Even though there was near a busy street, the door to the balcony was insonorized, we could not here a sound inside the room. Highly recommended.

Location was great. In front of the port (5 min walk). The view from the balcony is amazing. Giancarlo was so helpful and kind. Our visit was mainly to travel to Positano, Amalfi, Sorrento, Ischia and Capri. So the property was in prime location plus very close to SpanishQuarter.

The location was great. Nice deck to sit and watch the ships... noisey until you close the door and then nice and quiet. Giancarlo was an excellent host, even booking Covid tests for us for our cruise. Apartment is a studio but plenty of space to sleep, sit and even use the small kitchen.

Excellent location opposite the port with access to boats Ischia, Procida, Capri, Sorrento etc. Also close to restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Lots to see nearby but also close to Metro stations to visit other areas of Naples. Giancarlo is an excellent host. He welcomed us even though we arrived in the evening. He checked on us by message daily and was very helpful. He was kind enough to leave us some cake as well as the usual breakfast. The view over the port area was very interesting.

We got very clear instructions accompanied with pictures how to get hold of the key and enter the building and apartment. Very convenient for us since we didn’t have an exact arrival time and could check in independently. The location is very central and easy access by foot to many attractions. Italian breakfast together with coffee, tee, cereals , fresh juice and milk. The host I very helpful and we easily communicated with him by texting.

Giancarlo was very helpful throughout my stay. He gave clear instructions on accessing the studio and protocol with keys. The studio is very close to the port with amenities nearby. It has a lovely balcony to wake up and have a coffee on.

Awesome location, awesome hospitality and a great view. The apartment was tidy and has all the necessary things. All good restaurant tourist places are in walkable distance. If I do visit again will avail the place for sure....and will recommend to my friends if anyone visits Napoli....

Excellent location. The main sights of Naples are within walking distance and metro, bus and tram services are easily accessible. The boarding station to Capri is just a stone's throw away and direct buses to Pompeii leave from nearby. There is also a direct connection to and from the airport by Allibus. The view of the harbour and volcano from the room was beautiful. Good pizzerias, cafés and supermarkets are conveniently located nearby. The room is very clean and comfortable. They prepared everything we needed in the room. Italian coffee was so nice. Above all, the hospitality of the owner was excellent. He gave us a lot of useful advice and respond to our request very quickly.

The studio with the balcony was perfect as described and spotless. The location was perfect for seeing Naples & getting the ferries. Lovely restaurants nearby. The airport bus stop is across the road. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!
