Cozy and quiet apartment located a bit off the beaten track surrounded by cedar trees. It is a bright,fully furnished studio apartment. There is 1 PRIVATE CAR PARK. It's also a perfect solution for travellers by car.It can be a perfect stop along Italy trip or as a start to...The apartment is close to the AIRPORT, TRAIN STATION(close to the main one in Bologna),bus stops,shops,restaurants and bars. It is suitable for couples,families,whoever wants to visit Bologna and whoever travels for work or needs a quiet place for SMART WORKING. The apartment is provided with:1 double bed(160 cm)and 1 double sofa bed (150 cm);wardrobe;40" SMART TV[video on-demand Apps provided] together with HDMI cable to be connected with a PC; WI-FI Internet Broadband connection; a kitchen fully equipped with :1 hob with 4 stoves, pots and pans, lunch/dinner set, glasses dishes and cups suitable for different uses,oven,refrigerator,freezer,moka pot,microwave,kettle,and there is a table with 4 chairs. The bathroom has equipped with bath tub/shower as well as washing machine. HEATING and AIR CONDITIONING provided. A book with useful information, cleaned and sanitazed before every check-in,is provided.
My attention to every guest of my apartment is total.Nothing is left out. Anyone who decides to book this lovely apartment in the heart of Bologna, I want them to know that they can enjoy their stay in total safety. I sanitize all high contact surfaces.NO EXCLUDED. Between each check-out and each check-in,the apartment is cleaned and sanitized in full compliance with national and regional regulations. Between each check-out and each check-in the windows are left open just enough to air the entire apartment. The people who deal with cleaning, use detergents and disinfectants that comply with current regulations and wear protective devices to prevent cross-contamination such as disposable masks and gloves that are changed and regularly disposed of following a special procedure. All sheets,blankets,as well as pillowcases,towels are washed at the maximum temperature allowed by the fabric. Surfaces such as the sofa, curtains, the bed is cleaned with high temperature steam. At the apartment, a sanitizing gel dispenser will be available. In compliance with the National and Regional regulations (Emilia-Romagna Region), the stipulation of an apartment rental contract is required.
Going out from the gate and continuing walking straight forward you will get to in Via Marco Emilio Lepido, one of the part of a historical Via Emilia. This road was built for a requirement of one of Ancient Rome consuls Marco Emilio Lepido. If you turn RIGHT, you will find a clothes shop, a flower shop and a bus stop (called “Chiesa Borgo Panigale”) of regular inner city transport . Behind that bus stop, there is a Catholic Church "Santa Maria Assunta". Continueing along the same side of the street you will find a newsstand, a bar/pasting shop always on your right. On the opposite side of the street there are two Pizzeria/Ristorante one called "La Stella" and the other one called “Il Pavaglione” , a pharmacy and a Pub "I quattro gatti". Proceeding, you can reach many different shops and a Lidl's supermarket that is distant 750 meters from the apartment. If you turn LEFT, instead, you find a bar and a jewellery on your left and a bakery on the opposite street side of the bar. Walking along this street, you find two banks, different shops, a pizzeria take-away and another bus stop [called “Borgo Panigale”] useful to reach Bologna city center, coach and main railway station.
