The staff was exceptional, multilingual, communication was easy. While a television may have been nice, I never spent much time in the room to begin with, not an issue. The breakfast was more than adequate, selections were consistent and fresh. Maybe fresh fruit but the cost may be excessive.

Our Art Nouveau hotel has been recently renovated and offers a unique fusion of modern and ancient elements. Furthermore, we have the advantage of private parking on site, so you can enjoy your holidays without worries. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower. Some rooms also have a private balcony or terrace. You can sit and relax on the patio, furnished with numerous tables and chairs. At the Locanda you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the shared living area, characterized by sofas and refined furnishings with carpets and original Art Nouveau chandeliers. Breakfast is served daily in the dining room and includes sweet items such as pastries and croissants with hot drinks. Just 328 feet from the property there is a bus stop providing links to the cities of Pietrasanta, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. Pisa is 30 minutes away by car.
