We found the apartment quite convenient. Our host was extremely friendly, helpful and shared his thoughts on nearby attractions with enthusiasm. We only had a short time to stay, visited the closest mountain on foot which was beautiful. The rooms are not big but well equipped. Bathroom is shared but very clean, owner provided towels, soap, hairdryer. There is a fridge but no cooking is possible. In the vicinity there are numerous cafes and bars, pizzeria, the owner has a cute map with recommended places to eat out. Bus 101 goes to city center in 5-10 minutes, stop is close to the apartment. Some rooms have huge balcony but the view is on the other houses. All in all it is a nice accommodation with limited privacy but great quality and cleanliness.

I stayed in this apartment two weekends in a row. The second time obviously because I liked it the first time around. Check in is fast and easy, and the host, Michele, sent me a message early in the morning that I could come and check in earlier if I wanted to. Michele is also very friendly and helpful with tips for where to go in the local area. The apartment I had both times has its own spacious balcony, and that's a big plus. There you can sit and relax and you hardly hear any sound from the traffic. Another big plus is that the bathroom is cleaned on a daily basis. The apartment is situated just outside the city center, but there are more than enough nice bars, shops, restaurants and grocery stores to be found in the neighborhood. AND If you want to take a trip to the buzzling city center during daytime or at nights, the bus line 101 is only 5 minutes walk away and the bus takes you, depending on where you want to jump off, to the city center in 5 to15 minutes time.

Even when sitting outside it was quite quiet and the noise from the traffic is not worth mentioning. The bathroom is cleaned every day so it is nice, fresh and tidy the whole stay. Even if this is not in the city center you'll find nice bars, shops, restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood. If you need more of the buzzling city center the 101 bus is like 5 minutes walk away and it takes you to wherever you want to jump off in the city center in 5 to 10 minutes time.

Everything was clean and our room very spacious with a good aircon. Host was helpful and friendly, offering recommendations in the area. Access was easy and the area was quiet. Very near to multiple bus routes to the city centre, as well as nearby restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets.

I looooooved the bookshelves and the amount of books one can find here. Great choices also. Free coffe :-) grazieeee Is very well situated if you want to go to the beach or also just experience another side of Palermo. The best tipp the owner gave me: to try the pasticceria. Daaaaamn that was really worth it. The owner was very kind even if he wasn‘t feeling well, he was very kind and helped me a lot with tipps. I felt welcome here. Thank you I will definitely come back again in this place.
