Noto is simply beautiful. If you like history, old churches, palazzos and piazzas, don't miss this gem. It is surrounded by rolling hills and there are plenty of appetising food and drink options.
It is small enough to do in a day, but I would have preferred a couple more days to really linger around and enjoy all the tiny cobblestone laneways and explore a little more.

This is my new favorite place in Sicily.
This is my new favorite place in Sicily. Noto is the perfect ballance of amazing architecture, classy restaurants with outstanding reasonably priced food, great independent boutiques.....all without the insane crowds of so many other places. Perhaps I shouldn't write this. I should tell everyone to go somewhere else. Yes, everyone should just stay in Taormina and leave these pure, clean natural beaches near Noto just the peaceful and quiet and clean way they are now...and forever. Such a great base to explore other towns of Ragusa, Modica and Scicli, but you will LOVE coming back to an amazing meal, gelato and music in Noto.

-Architecture that amazes and is nowhere else to find.
-Architecture that amazes and is nowhere else to find. It is interesting for both those who know the Baroque style, and those who don't know it.
-Palazzo di Lorenzo is great to see a lifestyle of italian marquises from XVIII century.

Noto was a beautiful town, very cultural and musical. We dined in a museum as part of my family wedding we were attending that coming weekend. Allesandro was the perfecto host for the evening. Our breakfast was the nicest of our journey. We definitely would return to spend more time.

If you are visiting the East coast of Sicily, Noto is a logical stop to view a Baroque city. Easily walkable, friendly folks, enough of interest for a couple days. But I would definitely try and stay at the MichaEL Garden. Simply fabulous.

Lovely old town with relaxing pedestrian area to walk through and see all the historic buildings that have a harmony of colour and style. Great restaurant opposite St Francis Church (itself worthy of a visit): Trattoria Al Buco.
Didn't like confusing one way system of narrow streets with parked cars and no easy way out to main roads.
A good location for visiting Syracuse and Modica and beaches of Lido di Noto and San Lorenzo beyond the Vendicari Nature Reserve that has interesting birdlife and greek ruins.
The hosts are really nice people, very accommodating, and full of recommendations to give about restaurants and things to see, not only in Noto. The breakfast was cornetti with various fillings and they very delicious. Lots of beverages to choose from including coffee and cappuccino made on the spot. The hall is also beautiful.
The location is perfect, literally in the middle of the historic center where everything else, and with good free parking in front.
Absolutely recommended!
There are few other properties which have such an attention to service, detail and overall quality of amenities. The staff and grounds are unparalleled in the region. We have stayed at some of the best hotels across the world and this was indeed one of the finest. The stay was one we will absolutely come back to again and again with the sweetest and most endearing recollections. If you have the chance to come and stay we could not recommend it more. With love, The Zens Family
The apartment is very spacious, neat, and comes with all the essentials you could ask for. It's got that cozy, "just like home" vibe. Situated in a residential area, yet it's just a quick 10-minute stroll to Noto's historic center. You've got grocery stores, a pharmacy, and bakeries all conveniently close by. Finding a parking spot on the street was hassle-free. Francesca and Pepe are the best hosts, super friendly, and full of awesome recommendations.
There are so many reviews already commented on how wonderful the boutique hotel and its host, I have to say it’s all very true. The highlight of our trip to Sicily so far is our stay in Sikelia. Alessandra is a charming host and truly taking care of her guests from her heart. We had a wonderful stay, the tasty and healthy breakfast, the comfortable mattress, the tips and advices for sightseeing etc etc well thank you for everything.
We enjoyed our wonderful (although small) room with beautiful view and privacy. Very nice breakfast and free parking was also appreciated.
Most importantly, our host Ambra was a friendly and helpful source of travel advice for the Noto area and throughout Sicily (Ambra also speaks pretty good English). We had a nice visit and will stay with Ambra again, the next time we visit Sicily.
Location was perfect, both for walking in the historic centre and driving around. It is just one block from Via Napoli, where most directions to/from Noto go. Very little trouble to get out of and into the town.
Very spacious and quiet apartment.
Reception was very welcoming at 01:00 at night. A little extra for such late check-in was 100% justified.
Stayed here for four nights. The room was very clean. The staff was helpful and went out of their way to show us the room and provide us with any information we needed. The surrounding farm is beautiful and the pool was relaxing. Breakfast was very good. Near the beautiful beaches of The Noto area. I will return here when I go back to Sicily.
The b&b is owned by a father and a son. Both are very friendly and welcoming. They have an eye for detail, they are ready to help you when needed. We have been to a lot of hotels and b&b´s in Sicily, but this one was definitely the best and the most personalized one. The location is also very very good! We would definitely recommend this b&b.
This has been our favourite property satay throughout our 3-week trip in Sicily. It is well-equipped and has everything you could possibly need. Our hosts are extraordinary - Very kind, gentle, helpful and thoughtful. They also have wonderful suggestions for and beyond our stay with them. We look forward to returning next year!
Very comfortable room. The rooms are newly renovated. The rooms have a small "internal balcony" with no view, but supplies enough fresh air. The rooms were spotless clean!
Breakfast was fabulous- the best we had in Sicily! Mrs. Rosa was so kind and helpful and caring which gives you a feeling of being taken care of.
Everything was perfect!!! Very nice room and bathroom, everything is new, modern but at the same time with a lot of details from Sicilian culture and history. And the breakfast! A journey trough Sicily, everything delicious. Thank you Corrada for your extraordinary hospitality!
The location was great for the SE corner of Sicily - many coastal and inland places to visit were within easy reach. The location on the coats was great - a handy shop just a few years away and the property has access straight onto the beach which was handy and fun to have.
This place is amazing, it really was like having your little bit of Sicily for a few days. Stunning apartment in a great location. Noto was beautiful too.
