The patio, the shower, the location, the espresso machine, the self check in and the availability to leave our suitcases before check in, the helpful hosts, right outside of the historic center, very close to the free parking of the city, nice decoration, wish we could stay more.

It was easy to walk everywhere. Also the whole check-in and check-out process was done online and it went smoothly. I would stay here again anytime.

This is a lovely studio apartment in the Centro Storico of Perugia. The building is old, but the unit has been completely renovated and updated; everything is modern and new and nicely decorated. Bed and pillows were very comfy, bathroom is spacious and very functional. There's a nicely stocked kitchenette and a small table with two chairs. Location is good and hosts were very welcoming and helpful. They will send you a link to a video with how to find their apartment. Googlemaps will show you a different route, but do yourself a favor and follow the link the hosts provide -- they're truly taking you the easiest way if you're coming on foot and bringing luggage with you!

the apartment was amazing! looks like it was renovated but still kept some of the medieval look. Every need was thought of of. Any questions I had were quickly addressed Also, having access to the yard was wonderful to sit outside.

It is the best apartment I have ever stayed in. It is one of its kind. The studio apartment is on the ground flour of an old building in the historical centre in Perugia. It has its own, private garden on a terrace with a fantastic view. In the garden there are table, chairs, armchairs and a campbed for sunbathing. In April the garden was already green. The flat had vaulted ceilings and ... an Etruscan excavation site preserved under the glass floor. It used to be a tanners quarters. Now there is a well with a tranparent water right in your kitchen. Wow! Very historical. The apartment is, on the other hand, quite modern, with a dishwasher, fridge, and a central heating.
