Nice castle to visit but check the opening times in advance. Lovely market. We found Fossano to be nice for a day visit but there wasnt much else to do in the area apart from the castle (and we missed the English visit unfortunately!) and the market. There are a few shops to look at and a couple of restaurants. It's not really somewhere I'd go again personally (unless I was passing through).KarenUnited Kingdom

Wonderful central location, wonderful rooms and a great dinning and lounging area. The staff was super helpful and the wine selection was great. This hotel was one of the nicest we been two in 4 decades of travel! If you want a couple of days off the beaten path - try Fossano and this is the place to stay.

Breakfast was also very good and the staff very well prepared. They all spoke in English and made sure everything was ok at our table.
