Nice place but very expensive to dine out. Trains to Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Vesuvius are great. Very east, fairly frequent, reasonably priced. Bus to Amalfi from the bus station, also very reasonably priced . Absolutely amazing trip! Boat trip to Capri was very dear and not really worth it.

Quaint and lovely town!
Quaint and lovely town! Wonderful if you're looking to get away from the big cities, and spend time in a small town peppered with good food and a rustic atmosphere.
I went at the start of spring, and the weather was delightful. Main town square can be crowded, but I found some very cute galleries and a photographer's studio in the back lanes.
Easy to get to other parts of the region by bus and train. if you're into climbing, Punto Campanella has amazing views!
Everything was wonderful. Cristina and Vittorio are great hosts, most accommodating and helpful. The aircon was already on when we arrived so the room was beautiful and cool. Cristina was so helpful with everything we needed and gave us lots of tips and ideas, even for other parts of Italy we were travelling to. Breakfast was great flexible to our needs. The location is central and very close to the Sorrento port. The cleanliness is the best I’ve had. It really was like a home away from home
Amazing hotel, amazing staff, amazing food, amazing everything! Cannot wait to come back to visit Anna Belle Resort again soon. The comfortable, air-conditioned car waiting at the port started it off right, the grounds were beautiful, rooms beautiful, pool outstanding. It was the last stop on our Italy trip and it was the best way to end our adventure. I never wanted to leave and will absolutely return! Everybody was so friendly and helpful, thank you for a stay we will never forget.
We loved the room, it was perfect for us, exceptionally clean all the time, we loved how we could use all the amenities of the Hotel Gardenia across the street, including the pool, roof top patio, and an AMAZING breakfast spread. The best one I had in Italy!!
For the other reviews who said it was noisy, there are double doors to keep the sound out - the owner walked us to our room and was so nice and so accommodating. we absolutely loved this place! would highly recommend!
The best hotel on my Italy-trip! Very good first impression from when I first entered the hotel and checked-in. The staff handled all situations very professionell and in a friendly manner. A huge "thank you" goes out to the breakfast and housekeeping crew - You're doing a fantastic job! The hotel is located in walking distance from the station nevertheless it's a quiet place. I loved the roof terrace and the view - nice to sit and read a book.
We had such a lovely stay in Maison Marie. The host is super nice, really helpful, very kind and sweet. The room was very clean, nice comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The hotel is also located in the best spot meaning just in the center of sorrento, and just behind all the small alleys of the old town.
We would definitely like to spend some more nights there if visiting south Italy ever again! Thank you very much for everything
This hotel was a great stay while in Sorrento on our tour of Italy. It was a little walk up the hill on the way out of Sorrento on the way to Sant Agata. The hotel was very clean and the pool and sun terrace were great. The breakfast and evening meals were also good As part of the holiday we had a car and we had to pay for parking ,however, it was only €10 per night. We stayed for two nights on our way further down south.
MUST STAY in Sorrento! Highlight of our trip to Italy. Beautiful property with the kindest staff. You truly feel the love and warmth the mother-daughter duo put into every detail. The owners truly went above and beyond.
We were unable to find a cab at 7 am and they drove us in their car out of the kindness of their hearts so that we would not miss our ferry to Naples and subsequent flight. Cannot recommend enough!
The host, Mariano, was super helpful and friendly. The location is superb - very close to Piazza Tasso (less than 5 minute walk), and yet snugged in a very quiet location. The cleaner cleaned the rooms every day. Our best stay in our trip to Southern Italy, by far. I will not hesitate to recommend A Suites to anyone looking for accommodation in Sorrento. Thanks Mariano👍
Perfect stay in Sorrento! Breakfasts with amazing view, very nice room and bathroom and oh again the views! Coudn't imagine better stay. The swimmingpool and terrace is really really nice. The staff was aslo nice, kind and helpful. Room was really clean. And I definitely can say that the best coffee that we drunk in Italy during this holidays was in this hotel! :)
Bright room in newly renovated hotel. Everything works well: heater, air con. Big flat screen TV comes with cable TV like BBC, CNN, which is rare in Italy for 3-4 star hotels. Continental breakfast has good options: eggs, toast, fruit. Very good bedding, bedsheet and towels. This hotel merits 3.5 star rating.
The place and the view was really pretty. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly, also they speak very good English. The bus station was just about 200m from the hotel to go to Sorrento and the bus comes in every 20minutes. If we come back to Italy we will definitely book again this hotel :)
Our host Bruno was absolutely amazing. He gave us a great welcome with home made cookies and a bottle of wine. He gave us great recommendations for food and even got us reservations. He had great tips for Sorrento but also all around Italy. The room itself was great. Extremely clean and well maintained.
Our stay at this hotel was the highlight of our trip to Italy. I wouldn't change a thing. Great room, with a great view. Great location. Exceptional breakfast and really nice on-site restaurant. Staff is amazing. If we are ever in Sorrento again this will be our home.
Beautiful room with lovely view. During our almost 3 week Italy trip this hotel was the nicest. Breakfast was unbelievable, with more choices than we have ever seen for a breakfast included hotel. Waitstaff professional and impeccably dressed.
good location in terms of Amalfi and Sorrento town, recommend having a car (if you’re okay to drive in Italy!)
Milena was 10/10 and helped us with excursions including to Capri
owners were pleasant too and we enjoyed breakfast every morning
Breakfast in bed was great! We wrote down a couple of extra things we wanted and they exceeded our expectations. Definitely the best hotel we stayed at throughout our trip in Italy. Lemon Spritz was delicious!!
Very clean hotel, with lovely friendly staff (a rarity in this part of Italy, we discovered). Breakfast was pretty good also. Free shuttle bus into Sorrento was a godsend, as taxis were £45+ each way.
Sorrento was our favorite stop in Italy. The location was convenient to a lot of the attractions, minutes from the center. Our room was fantastic, clean with a balcony view
