The view was amazing and looking out the window to the valley around just took you away to a different time. The room was very spacious and a bit spartan influenced as there was not much furniture around. However, it feelt grandiose and like you stepped into an old castle.

Wow, what a find! Fantastic location in the middle of a medieval town, next to the church, on top of a hill. Great staff. The hotel is not new, but we actually liked it that way, added to the rustic charm. Even the sofa bed was very comfortable.

An excellent stop on the Via Francigena. Views out over the courtyard and the church. Service was incredible. When we arrived our baggage had been delivered to another Hotel Miravelle (same owners different part of town). Reception went and got our bag for us! Top notch service. Excellent breakfast in modern dining room.

Historic and beautiful property with great views, convenient location, meticulously clean rooms, and, above all, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who place customer service at the top of their list of responsibilities. When my personal arrival and departure plans went sideways both Rim and Damian took it upon themselves to find solutions to what otherwise may have made my transfers a debacle, and did so as though they were helping a friend or family member rather than “just a customer”. It’s not every day you get this level ofservice and attention from employees in any business. This was more than just “doing one’s job”; it was helping a fellow human being through a difficult situation, and I will always remember these two wonderful human beings! Thank you Rim and Damian!

Advantages of the facility: ambience, original Tuscan experience, rooms correspond to the photos, neat, clean and spacious, every day the maids tidy up and put clean bed linen and towels. The view from the room on San Miniato is wonderful.
