Godi Fiorenza Suite is a comfortable 75sqm apartment, close to the historic center of Florence, outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), equipped with Air conditioning, WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, safe, ideal for single, couples, families and business travellers. It is on the sixth floor of a residential building with an elevator. It comfortably accommodates up to 5 people, including children. It is furnished in a functional way and equipped with all comforts: it has a large bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, a spacious living area with a sofa that becomes a real double bed, a small sitting room with a sofa bed for one and a half and a desk, a super-equipped kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with window and a comfortable shower, as well as two terraces, one of which is furnished with a table and chairs for enjoying aperitifs outdoors. Access to the apartment can be done independently and in complete safety through the Self Check-in. It is well served by the T2 Tramway with the "Novoli-Palazzi Rossi" stop a 3-minute walk from the apartment which connects: historic center of Florence, museums, monuments in 15 minutes; Santa Maria Novella (SMN) railway Station, Fortezza da Basso, Palazzo dei Congressi in 13 minutes; Vespucci airport in 4 minutes. It is outside the ZTL, therefore the car can be left on site in the free public car parks, usually available, or in our paid private car park. It is close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, gyms, mall, parks, etc. Every guest is welcome, gay friendly. Attention! It is not possible to smoke in the apartment. It is not possible to host animals of any kind. ☆ Free equipment ☆ Air conditioning, central heating, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, everything you need to cook and consume food, smart TV with Netflix, iron and ironing board ironing board, safe, bed/bath linen, courtesy set, hairdryer, first aid kit.

I love traveling the world trying to stay in touch with the people of the place to learn about the customs, visit the places outside the tourist itineraries and taste the typical dishes. Godi Fiorenza Suite is located in the "Novoli" area, in the modern business-residential area of ​​Florence. In this area you can do your shopping a few steps from the house at "La Gastronomia", famous for its typical Tuscan products, or at the ESSELUNGA (open 8am-10pm) and COOP supermarkets, with private parking. Near the apartment there are Tuscan cuisine restaurants, fish restaurants, pizzerias (also gluten free and take away), excellent pastry shops and ice cream parlors. If you want to continue keeping fit, you can go to the nearby "Virgin", equipped with a gym, indoor swimming pool and relaxation area. If you need an ATM to withdraw money, there are numerous banks just a stone's throw from home. In case of need, the "Communal Pharmacy" is very close, open 24 hours a day. The apartment is close to: New Palace of Justice, New University Center of Novoli, School of Marshals and Brigadiers of the Carabinieri, New Pignone International, Intesa San Paolo headquarters, Tuscany Region, Mercafir, Puccini Theater, San Donato Shopping Center , Cascine Park, San Donato Park. Via the nearby A1 or A11 motorways it is possible to go to the most renowned places in Tuscany: Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Chianti, Mugello, Valdichiana, Val D'Orcia or reach the Outlets for shopping: "The Mall", "Barberino Designer Outlet ", "Valdichiana Outlet Village" or visit nearby or more distant cities. From the Santa Maria Novella Station it is possible to take trains to visit the nearby cities (Pisa, Prato, Livorno, Siena, Lucca, Grosseto) or the more distant cities (duration from Florence: Bologna 0:40h - Rome 1:30h - Milan 1: 45h - Venice 2h - Naples 2:50h - Turin 3h).
