Il gestore della struttura, Ciro, è stato gentilissimo fin dalla prima telefonata in cui ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per arrivare sul luogo e per parcheggiare e lo è stato ancora di più una volta giunti a destinazione dove ci ha accolto illustrandoci la sistemazione, i servizi e la modalità di accesso. La struttura, anche se non centralissima, si trova comunque in una posizione strategica, comoda sia per chi proviene dall'autostrada, sia per chi arriva in treno essendo non distante dalla stazione di Brignole. Comoda allo stadio Ferraris, alla metropolitana (10 minuti a piedi) da cui si può raggiungere facilmente centro e porto antico, non è distante dal quartiere della Foce e dal Salone Nautico. La camera assegnataci al primo piano molto spaziosa e arredata con molto gusto dispone anche di un piccolo frigo bar per mettere al fresco le bevande e di aria condizionata. Pulizia della camera, del bagno e degli spazi comuni assolutamente accurata.
