Location was really fun, near the Vatican, Piazza Navona and within walking distance of the ancient city sites like the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. Pretty space with tall ceilings, modern wallpaper on white walls, arched openings give it a playful energy.

The location was EXCELLENT and so perfect to see everything in the old center. The apartment is exactly as is shown in the images. So comfortable and cozy with everything you need! Great bedding and towels - comfy pillows and whatever you need in the kitchen. The host Riccardo left us some fabulous coffee and all the instructions we needed. Internet is fast and it’s really quiet at night. We enjoyed it so much it felt like a home away from home. Thank you sooooo much! We whole heartedly recommend! Grazie mille!

A super nice flat with a comfy livingroom and bedroom, I think best suited for two people max as otherwise there's not much space. The bed was extremely comfy, the kitched had all the equipment needed, also heaters were available that kept us warm at night. Overall a very nice stay in a very cute small street with a few dining options and a tiny food market nearby. Very very close to central areas, so location was definitely a big plus.

Safe to say that location for this apartment was EXCELLENT. It's bang on in the centre and close to all main attractions (10-15 mins) by walk. The apartment looks exactly as shown in the images, it's also very clean, well organizes, spacious, great bedding and towels and also well equipped with everything you need. Name it and it's there. Also a big plus is that round the cornet from the apartment there is a luggage/laundry store were once can leave their belongings until it's time to check in. Something we actually used as it was very convenient and cheap (1EUR per hour) Close by one can find everything, being good coffee shops and delicious restaurants. Something else to mention is the host, the guy very helpful. Whenever we messaged via WhatsApp he was very responsive and always ready to help. Will definitely be using this place again when visiting Rome.

• Being near Piazza Navona yet a bit far from it gives the place advantage of staying relatively quieter than other places. • All the attractions are either in a walking distance (15-20 mins) or easily reachable because all the necessary bus’ stops are near. • The house is basically one big room with high ceilings that is converted, but every corner is used for functionality. • All the basic things you’ll need is in the house, plus some welcoming amenities. • Everything you need is controllable by the guest. (electronic curtains, led light intensity etc.) • Well designed! • There are really good places near the house that are NOT tourist traps! (Papa’s Cafe for lunch and Old Bear for dinner is recommended!) • You can reach your host anytime! He’s been very helpful to us.

The location of this property could not be better, within a short walking distance to everything you might want to see. The owner was extremely helpful when I had made requests and I knew I could contact him easily. A fantastic little apartment in the heart of Rome!
