Everything! Marina,is a superb hostess. Lovely, private,lobby & rooms on a,quiet street not far,from the main city pier. Rooftop terrace is lovely, early morning,& evening. Lovely included breakfast. Chatting with a few other guests.

Very centrally located and easy to get to. 2 blocks from the beach and bike path. Bikes to hire in-site. Comfortable bed, nice sheets and towels, good water pressure in the shower. Quiet at night - slept great (which I normally don’t). Now for the best parts! Breakfast was great! Homemade cakes and breads were delicious. Fresh squeezed orange juice a and a great cappuccino. Then eggs to order! Fruit on the table all day. A delicious water infused with Rosemary and Lemons — trying that at home! Finally and most importantly, gracious, lovely, welcoming hospitality and the genuine desire to make your trip a great one. We booked late and had to switch hotels the second night because they we fully booked, I asked if she could call a taxi to take us to our next hotel a mile away and she wouldn’t hear of it - and took us there with her car! This is very rare in today’s hospitality world. So thankful we found this oasis and highly recommend. I know we’ll back! Milton grazie!!!

The apartment is big and modern, super nice terrasse. Located 5 minutes from the center but in a very quiet street. The host was very kind, we received excellent recommendations for restaurants around. Excellent breakfast.

Me and my girlfriend recently spent a night at Forte Inn as a last leg of our tour in Italy and this is by far the best place we had the pleasure to stay, Marina is the owner of the place, extremely kind and cordial and she’s available almost always on premise. She got our room ready 2 hours in advance of our check in, sent us a text inquiring if we need a taxi service from the station, with my surprise she picked us up herself and brought us on premise, she made bikes available to us and gave us access to the fridge downstairs, the place itself is very much a Versilia style Villa super central location with beautiful white marble, red tile on the outside and the most beautiful patio which we enjoyed really much at night where you can stargaze. Rooms where also very clean and cozy. I cannot suggest this place more for a visit in Forte dei Marmi

The location is phenomenal, right on the edge of the centre of town, near the beach and many restaurants and shops. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. And Valentina, who greeted us every morning with breakfast was outstanding--she was always there to ensure you had what you needed, and her freshly baked cakes were outstanding! Marina, who checked us in, was outstanding, too, texting us in advance to ensure she was there to greet us. And it was a great value, particularly for Forte dei Marmi!

The Owner of the House, Marina, is such a lovely lady. She made the check-in/out process really easy and made a perfect breakfast! The room is clean, modern and the bed comfortable, also thanks to the lovely owner we rented her bikes to visit the whole town.
