This modern holiday home is just a few kilometres from the sea, the airport and the Stagnone lagoon where you will find Mothia, an ancient Phoenician city and the salt pans with their windmills. Surrounded by greenery, but not isolated, the house is surrounded on both sides by a veranda of about 180 square meters. 2 bathrooms with shower, a laundry room with washbasin, 3 bedrooms for 5 people, a kitchen with adjoining living room. Air conditioning and TV in all rooms. The property is extremely bright, and adjacent to a garden of about 500 square meters with citrus trees and an olive tree. There is also a private covered parking area and an outdoor shower.
