Right across the street from the central train station. Straight shot by bus 10 minutes to the Piazza Maggiore, San Petronius basilica, and museums. Several good al fresco restaurants for breakfast and a nightcap and shops right downstairs from the apartment. The host was very accomodating to our late arrival and was very informative about how to get around the area. I would stay here again, when visiting beautiful Bologna!

Great apartment with everything exactly as advertised. Very easy to get the keys and all necessary information. The location is excellent as you are right next to the train station, so it is convenient if you plan to visit other cities in the area. Supermarket, restaurants and everything else close by. Even though the building has a shopping center at the ground floor, there was no noise at all.

Francesco was a great host. When we didn't arrive at the agreed time he came looking for us! He explained everything we needed and how things worked. The flat was spotlessly clean, nicely laid out, everything we needed was there. The location is excellent and only a couple of minutes from both station and a small supermarket. The bar/food court downstairs was pleasant and made no noise that we noticed. The air conditioner worked effectively so we were never too hot in the flat even if it was in the high 30 degrees C outside The walk into the city centre under the porticoes was an easy 20 minutes, though you could get a bus or a taxi easily enough. We would stay there again if we were ever in Bologna.

A very nice apartment with everything you need for your stay. Clean and well appointed. In a great location across the street from the train station and a supermarket to conveniently buy some breakfast supplies. Elevator and a washer were a plus. Walking distance to main sights in town. The host is friendly and helpful.
