Refined, comfortable and cozy, this 60 m2 apartment is ideal for those who want to sojourn in an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere, with natural nuances. Located on the first floor of a small quiet apartment house, it offers every comfort: 2 double bedrooms with independent bathrooms, one living room and a fully furnished kitchen and a big terrace. The apartment is easily accessible and it offers a free public parking close by (100 meter). It is located in the historical, quiet area of the city – close to Ponte Pietra, the Roman Theatre, Piazza Erbe, the Arena and Juliet’s house. Because of the coronavirus, we are implementing additional steps to clean and sanitize the surfaces that are most frequently touched between bookings".

There is a quaint pastry shop up the hill around the corner and an equally quaint marked down the hill.
