Bright small apartment completely renovated in summer 2018 located on the fifth floor (with elevator) of an old Genoese building where my family also lives. Composed of a double bedroom, a small living room (with a two-seater sofa), a bathroom and a kitchen. Furnished with care and attention to detail, it has all the comforts and is equipped with crockery and pots for cooking, bed linen and towels for the bathroom. Free WIFI network. Located in the center of the neighborhood just behind the nineteenth-century Modena Theater with good parking facilities. Very close to the Genoa Sampierdarena railway station and the bus terminal that takes you to the city center in just a few minutes. Under the house you can find numerous supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, tobacco shops, bars and restaurants. Walking distances: 200 mt - from the terminus of the bus line 1 that takes you to the city center in 10/15 minutes. 400 mt - from the Genoa Railway Station - Sampierdarena 600 mt - from the Fiumara shopping center 800 meters - from the 105 Stadium building venue for concerts and sporting events
I call myself Corrado together with my wife Albertina and we manage this small apartment, we live in the apartment opposite so we are immediately available for any eventuality or problem should it happen. We like to travel and meet new people.
The neighborhood has a long industrial and port history extending right in front of the commercial port of Genoa. Lively and active you can find shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars for an aperitif or a breakfast in the immediate vicinity of the house. Very well connected with the city center by bus and train. It is just a short drive from the ferry terminal for Sardinia, Sicily, Spain, Corsica and North Africa and from the Cruise terminal.
