Casa Visconti is located right in the Center and offers many amenities included in the price: 800 Thread Counts Egyptian Cotton Sheets, Thick Towels, Hot Water, 3 Units of AC/Heating, Fiber Optic WI-FI, Large LED TVs, Fully furbished Kitchen with Cocktail's Shaker, Glass/Silver Ice Bucket and Decanter. Plus 1 Long Sofa 230cm. + 1 of 180cm. For work, study, vacation families and couples. The balcony accessible from the main bedroom offers a view to the west of the city and to the east of the city and the sea. The Old Town with the Basilica of Saint Nicholas and the Cathedral is on walking distance. The Loft is 86 Square Meters ( 926 Square Feet) and it is ALWAYS ONLY YOURS & NEVER shared. The 2 bathrooms offer all the necessary amenities. The second bathroom is accessible from the outside terrace and has and is ideal in spring and summer. Both equipped with Shower/Bath Soap and Hair Dryer. 5 M. from Central Station, 5 M. from the Port, 15 minutes from Airport. At 300 m. from Piazza Garibaldi Airport Shuttle Stop and 500 m. from the Metro "Q. Sella" stop. Bars, Restaurants, Shops and Banks all around. A 24Hr. Surveillance Camera is located outside the living area.

The other room (accessible only through the main bedroom but divided by a privacy curtain) offers a 160 x 190 double bed with a "Permaflex" (Best Italian Brand) base and 35 cm. tall mattress and a waterproof foam layer. Hermetic shutters in "Anticorodal" (Best Corrosion Resistant Alloy), transforms very light to very dark according to your needs. Electric Vacuum Cleaner, Remote Controlled Fan, Iron, Coffee Machine, AC, Hair Dryer...Your comfort is guaranteed. We Recycle and Support Sustainability.
You are in walking distance of shops, restaurants, attractions and museums. A Bakery and a Gift Shop and Toys are located at 10 meters. At 15-20 meters you can buy magazines, go to the Bar, the Hairdresser, buy Salami and Dairy products, go to the tobacconist, Fishmonger, household items and restaurant. At 60 meters a supermarket with fruit, vegetables and fresh meats and soon after 70 meters you will find Pastry with croissants and special cakes famous throughout Italy. On foot you can reach all the places of interest without the slightest effort. The pedestrian areas for the Shopping Centers in Via Sparano are 4 blocks away. Literally, all the best restaurants, clothing stores, perfume shops, butchers, fishmongers, ice cream shops, pastry shops and supermarkets are all within a maximum radius of 400 meters.
