Place is modern and pretty clean. That said it’s a bit tired now and is in need of some updating. Breakfast was pretty decent for 15 Euros. Easy train ride into Venice and this place is good if you are traveling out and want to be closer to the airport.

Property is located near to bus station and 10 mins walking distance from train station Preganziol. It is very convienent to access Venice and Treviso Airport from this location. 2 mins walk for Supermarket. Restaurants and cafeteria near by. Stay was very pleasant. Ugo, the host, was very friendly. He offered us a touristic maps of Venice and Treviso, always was willing to help and welcomed us very nice. The location of the apartment is really great, because it's not fa from autostrada, so it's easy to go anywhere from there.
