Casa Bice è situata a pochi passi dal centro di Sorrento in un parco curato e dotato di piacevoli giardini, campo da tennis e piscine. L’appartamento finemente ristrutturato dispone di ogni comfort ed è pronto ad ospitare fino a 5 persone garantendo un indimenticabile soggiorno. Situata in un condominio tranquillo, alle spalle del principale corso di Sorrento, Casa Bice si trova al 5 piano di uno stabile servito da due ascensori e priva di barriere architettoniche. La casa, spaziosa e luminosa, si compone di due camere da letto entrambe con accesso ad un terrazzo comune, attrezzato con doccia esterna e con vista panoramica. Sono presenti due ariosi bagni, uno con vasca ed un secondo dotato di doccia, entrambi comunque attrezzatidi ogni confort. Casa Bice presenta poi, un ampio open space con salone, con tavolo attrezzato, e una cucina a parete in cui sono presenti tutti i gli elettrodomestici e gli utensili necessari. L’ ambiente si apre su una seconda grande terrazza dotata di tavolo e lettini, dover poter piacevolmente pranzare o rilassarsi. Casa Bice è dotata di wi-fi, smart tv e, ovviamente, impianto di condizionamento e riscaldamento autonomo.
Casa Bice si trova in una zona molto centrale di Sorrento ma al contempo tranquilla. A brevissima distanza vi sono ristoranti, bar, supermercati e atm. Casa Bice è situata vicino le fermate degli autobus e a 500 metri dalla fermata della circumvesuviana. L’appartamento dista 10 minuti dal porto servito da numerose barche e traghetti che permettono di esplorare le zone circostanti. Di fronte l’appartamento è presente un parcheggio privato a pagamento dove potrete lasciare la vostra auto.
