Loved everything about the property 1. Superhost: Host was flexible on arrival, friendly and helpful 2. Well stocked: Amazing variety and quantity of breakfast food. A few steps from the historic center of Siena, the apartment is located in front of the Basilica of San Francesco and only 200m from the same escalators which bring directly to the city center. The apartment, just renovated, is located on the top floor of a building (without elevator) and has 2 amazing 100mq terraces which offer a unique and unforgettable view of the city, particularly of the beautiful Basilica of San Francesco. The spacious living area is made up of a living room with sofas, tv, crystal table and a large kitchen with every accessory including washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine. The sleeping area is composed by 2 large double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom (plus a cot for children from 0 to 5 years old). There are also 2 bathrooms with both shower and a cellar on the ground floor for storage or bike/motorbike garage. In the whole apartment there is the super fibra for un unlimited WiFi. Below home there are: bus stop, bank, pharmacy, supermarket, tobacconist, gym and church. The area is really quiet even if it’s very close to the center. Small, private, covered and secured park available in loco only for motorbikes and bikes.
My name is Rosaria, I have been happily married for 30 years with my husband Alessandro, we have two daughters studying at the Faculty of Medicine and Economics at the University of Siena. I carry on the family business started by my father 60 years ago in Sinalunga in the province of Siena, in fact I manage the beautiful luxory store Littorio s.r.l. together with my sister. I love to travel and meet people. I really like meeting and hosting people from all over the world. My family and I personally welcome our guests, providing information and advice on the holiday, including all the information about Siena, rich in traditions and with the most famous horse race in the world, the Palio of Siena. UNESCO has called the province of Siena "the most beautiful in the world": the historic center of Siena, San Gimignano, Pienza and the Val d'Orcia hill, are world heritage sites. Many others are the beauties of our province and region. A few steps from the historic center of Siena, the apartment is located in front of the Basilica of San Francesco and only 200m from the homonymous escalators that lead directly in the city center.
Parking available in the street for 0,55euro/h (free from 20 till 8 and Sunday free all day). Near the apartment there is a Pharmacy, the Bank, an Bakery, the Catholic Church F. All 'Alberino ", Avis Car Rental, Carrefour supermarket," Il Particolare” restaurant, “President” gym. You can take cooking lessons at the "International Chef Academy" school.
