LOVELY APARTMENT! is very convenient and strategic to reach 5 Terre, Portovenere, Lerici located near the railway station of La Spezia, a few meters walk! The second floor apartment (60 sq.m), situated in the city center and 10 meters far from the railway station La Spezia Centrale, is located in a great position to reach Le Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Lerici. Comfortable, airy and newly renovated, it is a good accommodation for individuals, young couples on a romantic getaway and families with children. It is endowed with a private bathroom, furniture and appliances (washing machine, oven, microwave oven, fridge, crockery and cutlery, hair dryer, ceiling fan..). It is located in the central area with shops and facilities (supermarket, tobacco shops, newsagent’s, bank) and it is 400 meters far from a free car park. -Hall -kitchen -private bathroom -a double bedroom ( + 1 extra bed) -a living room with a queen-size sofa bed (the room has a small terrace overlooking a small garden with two Lebanese trees) FREE WIFI! :-) Towels, linens and all bathroom essentials are included. The apartment is equipped with double-glazed windows and an independent heating system

Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Tellaro, Isola Palmaria...The Gulf of Poets - Smoking is forbidden at the apartment and all the rest mutual rooms smoking is allowed only on the balcony. - è concesso fumare solo sul terrazzo. - It is forbidden to use linens and towels outside the apartment. Note that each guest will be asked to provide his/her identity card or passport details upon check-in.
