I liked the fact that it was close to the city center and really close to the train station. It was quiet and peaceful. And it had all the necessary facilities.

Host of accommodation had given me details on location and check in details which I felt was useful. Need to climb 2 floors of stairs to accommodation but normal in Italy. Location was very near train station. Easy access to Cinque Terre via 1 day pass. Everything was good in the apartment with kitchen, washing machine, etc.

Location, location, location! We had a 3 day Cinque Terre park pass and the hotel was perfectly located to come and go. Even after dark we felt safe catching a train in one of the 5 towns and returning to our hotel. Lots of convenience stores and take out spots. It is also an easy walk to the port and the great dining options in that area. If you are staying in La Spezzia to access Cinque Terre, this is the hotel for you.

Gabriele the host of the property will contact you a few days before you arrive to give you easy and clear instructions to get to the property. Even though it is across from the railway station you do not hear any noise. A very quiet place. La Spezia is the start of getting you to the 5 lands. Everything you need including cooking stove, kettle , washing machine, iron and ironing board a blessing to have halfway into my trip. You will find the cupboards and fridge have your requirements for breakfast and even supply pasta. The property was clean and very comfortable. Have already recommended this place to family and friends. Wonderful and friendly hosts

It’s a small apartment, but very clean and pleasant and right across the street from the train to Cinque Terre. The bed was very comfortable, WiFi worked really good. Gabriele is friendly and very helpful. In apartment you can find map with instructions with suggested restaurants and pizzerias, bus stops. The kitchen is filled with goodies.

Great location and area. Near train station, so it’s very comfortable to do day trip to Cinique Terre. Apartment is small, but in very nice building and I had feeling, that area is safe. In apartment You can find map with instructions with suggested restaurants and pizzerias. Maximum for 3 people (I traveled with 2 kids).
