The city is not big but very nice. Has many beautiful places to see, as in the city center as many paths for walking or bicycle. City offers variety of restaurants and bars, where you can taste local food and enjoy aperitivo. For me the best place for aperitivo is on Piazza della Vittoria or in park in Calicantus Cafè. From here it is easy to explore more cities in surrounding, as Milan, Monza, Pavia, Piacenza. By train you are in Milan in 15 minutes (station Rogoredo) and in the city center in other 15 minutes (Doumo). Moving by train in Italy is very easy. As well the lakes. The closets one is Lago di Como. And if you go to this lake for sure visit Bellagio. It is very romantic.

Lodi is not pretentious.
Lodi is not pretentious. It is very beautiful, somewhat diverse, and it has a very long and important history. Lodi is not a suburb of Milano. It has its own significance. It is as modern, and as ancient, as any thriving, independent Italian village or town. If you wish to understand Lombardia, you must include Lodi in your travel plan. If you are lucky enough to know a local, you will come to understand this part of northern italy better than most.
Jacky House was a great option for a transit stop. Information provided for the check in (it was self check in), parking, check out and wifi access was very clear although only in Italian (I needed to use google translate). It was great to be able to park off the street. The walk into the center of Lodi was easy. Bathroom was a good size. The second bed requested was made up for our arrival with no issue.
This hotel is stunningly beautiful as it occupies the courtyard-surrounding buildings of what was once a monastery. The rooms are beautifully furnished, were recently renovated, and felt like brand new, especially the bathroom. On the premise is an excellent restaurant that serves fine Italian cuisine. We were extremely pleased with our stay at Hotel Sesmones and would gladly stay there again.
We came in Lodi for 3 days and we had the best time at the house of Fabrizio and Dunia! The place is very cozy with nice furniture and extremely comfortable.
The house is ten minutes (even less) walking from the center, and also few minutes away from the train station!
The host was extremely kind and communicative!
We definitely recommend their place and we will definitely come back!
Loved out stay here! The staff particularly Gianluca and Gianmarco were extremely attentive and helpful to the large group of us that stayed here. The rooms were clean and spacious. The outdoor aware was so beautiful and a lovely place to relax. I’ll definitely be staying here when I’m back in Lodi.
Perfect stay in Lodi, nice location in the city and near the station, you can basically reach the train to Milan in a couple of minutes walking. The small apartment is very nice with everything you need to cook. Super simple check-in with the owner, she is available for any problem.
Staff is speaking English. In apatementos you can cook by youself and even buy fresh eggs from owner. I was in work trip and this was perfetto location for myself. If you are looking for idyllic place instead of "brand hotel" this is for you.
Everything was great! We stayet at Sesmones on our way to Milano from Tuscany and it was such a great surprise. Everything was great, the room and the hotel is beautiful and the staff so so kind :) Also, we really enjoyed our breakfast too!
