Great apartment. Had all the needed cooking equipment and dishes. Big rooms and nice balcony. Great pools and nice scenery. The place is very beautiful. Overall we enjoyed it, and had a great time. But it was missing the authentic Italian hospitality you would get in a real villa. Also a bit far away from the common touristic places (40 minutes to Chianti region) but closer to other areas so we discovered some unexpected places.

Nestled amid the Tuscan hills, Antica Fonte Resort features a 4-hectare park land equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Guests can relax in the 3 panoramic, salt-water swimming pools, including one with a whirlpool and an indoor heated pool. Free WiFi throughout. With garden views, the rustic-style apartments are decorated with wood-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. Each has a sofa, a satellite LCD TV, and a well-equipped kitchen. Guests can visit Monteriggioni and San Gimignano, which are 12 mi from the Antica Fonte. Siena is a 30-minute drive away.
