Allegra House is a 50 square meter two-room apartment complete with double bedroom, large dining room (with a queen-size sofa bed for 2 people) and bathroom. Completely renovated and whitewashed in 2023, it is located on the seventh and top floor with a beautiful view of the city and often also of the mountains. *Equipped kitchen and small balcony. *Dining room with table, bookcase, sofa bed, smart TV with Google Chromecast (Netflix with your own account). *Double bedroom with study corner. *Bathroom with window equipped with bathtub-shower and washing machine. * Air conditioning (from the end of May to the end of September) and free wi fi. The cost that is charged for two guests is based on sharing a double bed. There is an additional cost to be paid locally and in cash when two guests wish to use both the sofa bed and the double bed.
My name is Claudia and I am the owner of the apartment which I personally take care of. I will be the one to welcome you at check-in. Allegra House is the house I grew up in and lived in. I know Milan well and I will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible by giving you the right suggestions for visiting it. Anything more about me? I love swimming, art, walking, travelling, laughing and communicating. We will definitely find some topics for discussion. I wait for you.
Allegra House is really ONLY 150 meters from the "VILLA_SAN GIOVANNI" metro stop (line 1 - red line). The metro will allow you to reach any area of ​​Milan without using the car. The city center appears to be very close. (without line changes!). My apartment is often used by guests as a base for visiting not only Milan but also other Italian cities. There is also the "MILANO GRECO PIRELLI" railway station which can be a convenient stop on the Milan-Como-Lecco-Bergamo-Brescia-Switzerland-Sondrio railway axis... The train station is a 20' walk from the two-room apartment but, if necessary, you can use tram no. 7 place 200m from the apartment. Allegra House is located on the seventh and top floor of a quiet condominium and is a well-integrated structure in what neighborhood life can be. A few meters away there are three supermarkets (Lidl/Aldi/In's) and many shops (bakeries, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream parlors, pharmacies....) Not far from the Bicocca district (University) from the Arcimboldi theater and Niguarda hospital (thanks to the presence of tram no. 7) Parking on the street (blue lines) for a fee from Monday to Saturday (8am-7pm) at 1.20/h. At 300 meters from the house there is the possibility of parking for free (but it is not easy to find parking). Electric car charging stations nearby.
