This beautifully converted hotel (an old ceramic factory) is a real gem! We chose it for the location, but it turned out to be really warm, friendly, clean, quiet, and delightful! The staff was so helpful and welcoming, the breakfast was plentiful and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We walked to dinner (reservations made by the wonderful hotel concierge) and enjoyed seeing some of the lovely city. Great value and a lovely stay!

Once a ceramics factory, Albergo della Ceramica is located in the center of Villanova Mondovi. Cuneo, Mondolè Ski and the Langhe are just 20 minutes away. All rooms offer free internet and a LCD TV with Sky Vision Gold channels. Albergo della Ceramica has its own garden with a terrace and is quiet. Rooms have views over the garden, and come with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an electric kettle with a selection of teas and herbal teas. Part of the Slow Food Movement, the hotel offers a rich breakfast with products from the Cuneo area, including local ham, cheese and yogurt. You can also enjoy hand-ground coffee and homemade cakes and pastries. Staff can advise on golf courses and motorcycling itineraries in the local area. Guests can also enjoy discounted rates in the Grotte di Bossea, Grotte del Caudano and Grotte dei Dossi caves, the thermal baths of Nivolano and the Mondovicino shopping center. Buses run from 328 feet away and will take you to Mondovi and Cuneo. Free outdoor parking is provided. A garage parking with CCTV is also available. The hotel is mentioned in the Locande d'Italia 2013 guide by Slow Food.
