Easy communication with Tom and Iwona, very good internet - so you can work from this location (video calls, VDI...) all works very verry very well (inside the appartment). No TV what was great!!! Nice and clean swimming pool. Recommendation where to go and see and eat provided by owners of the place.

We are 3 season hosts of AGRITURISMO LUCERTOLA and AGRITURISMO LUCESTRAIA (2km km away from Lucertola). We’ve chosen thos area to live because of love for the Tuscany. We've added many new facilities and renovated a lot. All of that we’ve done with one in mind: our dreams are rested happy Guests. We know this area very well so we can serve you with helpful and practical tips: what is worth to see, where you can eat amazing regional food .We know all of the beautiful places designed for both sightseeing and relaxation- not described in the guides. AGRITURSMO LUCERTOLA is a complex of 9 apt with a large roman style pool (8x15m) located in the middle of Tuscan hills in the immediate countryside near Volterra which can be reached by 2km ancient Romanesque gravel road called FRANCIGENA. Thanks to that LUCERTOLA benefits greatly from unobstracted 360 degree absolutely stunning views at all times of the year . This structure was built in 1720 , all apts are decorated in a typical Tuscan climatic rustic style with stone walls, antique furniture,wooden beams, cotto floor. Everything is surrounded by a large garden and small olive grove (you can purchase an olive oil made from our trees). LUCERTOLA is a perfect place for groups , families with kids, couples looking for a unique vacation in Tuscany in the immeasurable surroundings of the nature and the undisturbed silence-"in the middle of nowhere". We invite also yoga and cycling groups and if you dream about small romantic wedding-this place is perfect for that. It also perfectly suitable for a remote work: we have an excellent wi-fi . Gusets can use the big garden with places to rest ,hammocks, swings, 2 grills, playground, fully equipped pool with large sunny terrace. Each apt has its own patio with pergola and garden furniture . OTHER INFORMATION: Not included in the price: TOURIST TAX -all adults and children above 12 y. staying in the Montecatini val di Cecina district are obliged to pay 1,5 euro/ person/ day but not more than 10,5 eu. Upon request these fees applies : 1. Heating fee: 10 eu/ m3 (in a cooler months) 2. Pool towels 7eu/pers/stay 3.Pets (fee 50 eu/stay/apt). Please note we accept only cash payments on site(eu).

Here you’ll find many others charming beautiful small places located in the hills around Agritursimo . It is only 16 km away from Lajatico , the birthplace of the famous tenor Andrea Bocelli where the magnificent Amphitheatre Teatro del Silenzio is located . The beaches are within in only 30 min drive from us : amazing wild Costa degli Etruschi as well sandy wide beaches such as Vada, Marina di Bibbona, San Vincenzo and many others. You can also explore the villages of Chianni and Casciana Terme (thermal baths). Children can have fun in the amusement park "Il Cavallino Matto" (52 km) and in the water park "Cecina Mare Aqua Village" (37 km). The private park of the Agriturismo Lucertola gives our guests the possibility to have lunch or just relax in the open air and enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan countryside.
