The house with three apartments is located in a wood very close to the Buti town, great spot to visit Pisa, Lucca and Florence. The place is a member of Slowstayinitaly and very well managed by Alessandra, very nice lady and the owner. You will get water from the garden, natural soaps and local food for breakfast. We loved the place. Thank you!

During my stay, cleaning was done on a daily base, and the host would arrange breakfast on the terrace with pastries freshly baked by her husband. Rooms are well equipped with AC and mosquito nets and very quiet at night. Very recommended as a base for exploring the Tuscan surroundings!Matthew V.Austria

Rooms were clean, breakfasts were tasty, especially thanks to fresh homemade cakes every day. Buti is a small village with a lively square and many cool restaurants. The location is perfect for visiting the region, as right in the center between Pisa, Lucca, Pontedera, Pistoa and Vinci (Leonardo museum) Free parking !

The room was very clean and cosy. Rita and her husband are very nice, kind and helpfull. The breakfast was delicious, especially the home made products made by Rita's husband. We are highly recomanding Bed and Breakfast San Francesco.

Buti is a small place but the atmosphare of the hilly place is very special. The House is Clean and comfortable for 4 people. The parking place is safe behind the gate of the casa. They have a nice outside shower, and the place is very nice to relax.

The hostess (Rita) was super friendly and gave good ideas on what to visit. In 4 days you can go seaside, Firenze, Pisa, Lecco and visit/walk the mountain(s). Therefore the location is super. Also the restaurants in Buti are good.
