Everything was good, without being overpriced and pretentious. A family business, there is very good camaraderie among all staff/owners. They ALL work hard - Alessio drives the show, always on hand to help, smiling constantly, and working in the vegetable garden and elsewhere when not with guests. Inez works her magic in the kitchen, and catered extremely well to the vegan among us. There’s a wonderful pool; the rooms are cleaned meticulously; and sorties into Assisi are 15-20 mins away. This is a gem, and for the sake of Alessio and his family should not be hidden, but they should keep doing what they’re doing. It’s working!

Ferruccio and his family were the most marvelously hosts. I came here to escape from the world, and to immerse myself if the Umbrian countryside. Just a stones throw from Assisi, I could not imagine a better place. Simple, quaint, loving— I felt right at home at this amazing property with these amazing people. The hotel is modern with nice rooms and public spaces. The staff was very helpful and patient with our questions. It has a nice parking lot and is super convenient to the highway for touring around Perugia. Indoor swimming pool (5 euros extra + 2.50 for a bathing cap) is really great. Try the hydromassage if you can find the “on” button in the pool. Hotel restaurant is very good with friendly staff.
