Comfy, clean, and spacious room. Very kind staff. A great breakfast. The place is a true gem for folks on the road between Florence and Val d'Orcia.

This rustic property has been in the family for many generations. It is located on a well maintained gravel road off Route SP15 out in the countryside which is considered to be 'The Heart of Tuscany'. The agriturismo is surrounded by the rolling hills with fields, vineyards and olive groves. There it is quiet, peaceful and relaxing, yet the town of Pienza is only 20 minutes away by car as is the large supermarket "Coop" (easy to reach; has a huge, free parking area) in the town of Torrita di Siena. We occupied one of the 2 rooms (each has its own bathroom and entrance) on the 2nd floor. The bedrooms are entered from the family room which serves also as dining room. The bed- and bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable and a fan circulated the cold air outside during the night thru our room to keep it cool. The proprietor (Mario? sorry, I am not sure) checked us in and welcomed us with a cold beer and a glass of wine, which we happily drank outside while relaxing in chairs at the edge of a field and taking in the scenery and quiet. Mario (?) was very sociable and also made sure all of our needs are taking care of, including when we would like to eat dinner, then began to prepare a tasty and plentiful meal: appetizers, soup, breaded chicken breast, salad ice cream for desert and wine, of course. He made sure that we did not go hungry. During and after dinner we carried on a pleasant and informative conversation. Breakfast, again prepared and served by Mario (?), was a nice and plentiful selection of meats and cheeses, breads and rolls, juice, coffee to our liking (americano for my wife and con latte for me) et cetera. We very much appreciated being taken care of so well.

Fully renovated, clean, spacious, with a nice view. The host was incredibly helpful and waited for us at the train station upon arrival. She even assisted with recommendations and with renting a scooter.

We liked everything about this property and stay! It definitely deserves 10 stars. It is obvious the hosts do everything they can to please their guests. It appears new and modern, the size of each room was great, they provide anything you may want or need. “The details are in the little and thoughtful things.”

Excellent location, right at the entrance of the old town. We didn't have a chance to experience the breakfast, but we enjoyed the incredible view from our room. Our friends had the same view. Both with a terrace. The sunrise was a dream. The staff was extremely helpful on every request we had. So nice to experience an hotel that is not part of a big chain, where there is maybe a bit more comfort, but no uniqueness.
