We had a wonderful stay. This was the best apartment in Italy that we had stayed in during our vacation there. The apartment was clean, convenient, beautifully designed and decorated with very nice small touches. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The host was very kind and helpful.

Stunning rustic apartment on outskirts of Florence just a 10min tram ride into the centre. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for your stay and more. The hosts who live above the apartment are fantastic and even supplied everyday essentials which is a nice touch. When we return to Florence we know where we will be staying.

Everything is excellent about the house. The owner is helpful and friendly. We re allowed to drop our luggage as we arrived early at 10am. The food they provide for breakfast is perfect such as milk, cereal, bread, biscuits, juice, yogurt, jam & butter. Coffee & tea is free flow. The kitchen utensil is also complete if you wish to prepare meal and cook. Only 10 minutes walk from the tram stop and the surrounding is also nice. I like this house and will come again ...

The owner was amazing. He speaks english very well, was very nice, warm and welcoming. The flat was decorated very nicely, had a beautiful design. It had a well equipped kitchen, also, the owner was so kind and bought us some products for breakfast <3 There were separate bins for waste sorting. The doors and windows would open to the courtyard, so it was very peaceful. It was our favorite place that we stayed in throughout our one week of travelling in Italy :)

Everything was amazing! Super clean. Friendly host. Appartement is made with a lot of attention for Every detail. It is just outside Florence but we liked this. Parking is easy, and with 10 minutes walking + 10 minutes tram you are in the middle of the center.

The apartment was so nice and cozy, it felt like home. We had everything at our disposal, including some food, beverages, city guides. Davide, the owner, was very kind, he helped us with everything we needed. The apartment was not so far from the city centre, there was a direct tram going there (it took some 15 minutes). Parking was on the street but we had no problem to find the free place even on Friday evening.

Rien à redire ! Logement propre et joliment décoré. Cuisine pratique avec ce qu'il faut pour se faire de bon petit plat. La présence de petite attention comme des friandises, des céréales fait très plaisir ! Davide est un hôte incroyablement gentil, à l'écoute et au petit soin. Il nous a donné des astuces pour ce rendre dans le centre de Florence à moindre coût. Les meilleures nuits que l'on a passé en Italie était chez Davide. On a hâte de revenir.
