Strangiu, which means "guest" and "foreigner" in Cagliari dialect, was born out of our friendship, our love for our land and the certainty that it should live off tourism all year round. Come and visit us in Cagliari, the city will bewitch you and you will never want to leave! Property info

The apartment, at the second floor (italian floor) without lift has a double bedroom with bathroom, a mezzanine area (max height 170cm) with two beds and a small bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped with wifi, coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, stove, fridge, washer-dryer , television, air conditioners, safe, books and board games. Inside the apartment there are steps. The property is an apartment and not an hotel and has no reception. Entrance is automated with code. Before your arrival we'll contact you to ask for your personal data and to give you all the info you will need for your access and your self check in. The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized. But remember that there is no intermediate cleaning during your stay. From the first of July 2021 the Municipality of Cagliari asks for the City Tax (1,50 per person, per night) which is due to be paid by the guests who sleep in Cagliari. City Tax can be paid by cash at check out time.

Neighborhood info

"Manno81" is located in the historic center of Cagliari, in one of the most famous streets of the city: Via Manno. It is also a pedestrian street and considered the shopping street of Cagliari.. From there, you can easily stroll around the four historic neighborhoods : Marina, Castello Villanova and Stampace. The house is indeed between Marina, that was the fishermen neighborhood and Castello, that was the old and noble city. Nearby you will have many cafes and restaurants. In the house you will find our guide with many recommended place. Around the corner, you will have a pharmacy, an ATM, and a supermarket.
