It includes a small refrigerator, small sofa, three chairs, two small tables, a desk, two bedside tables, a shower and tub! No elevator. It's located across a parking lot from a nice KFC if you need that kind of food. It's also 250 meter from an excellent bakery. We were really pleased with our comfortable visit. The staff member who checked us in was nice and welcoming. The room was simple but spacious and clean. There seem to be sufficient places to eat and do your grocey shopping in the area. The location is great. Half way between the airport and Thingvellir park.

You can book the hot tub in the hotel, but it is quite noisy since the highway is very close and a bit pricey, so we didn't do it. Very helpful and nice stuff. This hotel has a window on the ceiling that allows you to see the outside, and on the first day I arrived in Iceland, I witnessed the Aurora and took a video. I highly recommend it.
