The staff were excellent! I left my iPad behind. They tried to contact me. I finally contacted them and they were holding my iPad for me eight days later when I returned to Reykjavik. So thankful!

The hotel is excellent!
I have stayed in many different hotels in the European countries and I can say that I have never seen such a good one. Our room, the quality of the service, the furniture in the room, everything from the iron to the kettle. All cleaning products are from Loccitane brand. Coffee and tea capsules renewed every day, coffee machine at the highest level. Even the lounge part of the hotel is so good that sometimes you just want to walk around the hotel building. It is a very tastefully and artistically furnished hotel.
It may be normal for Icelandic prices, but of course, compared to other European countries, everything is quite expensive, whether it's breakfast or other meals.
