The apartment is close to: Puskás Ferenc Stadion, Keleti railway station, Zugló railway station, Heroes’ Square (green area), Récsei center (shopping mall) Atmosphere: traditional Budapest building with gang staircase. Vintage interior: stylish mixture of authentic and modern furniture (especially the lighting). Comfortable beds. Good transportation. It has very good public transport opportunities, but is quiet at the same time. Fully renovated air-conditioned modern bright flat with vintage interior (stylish mixture of authentic and modern furniture) in an authentic Budapest building with gang staircase. Structure: 2 separate rooms, a separate dining-room with a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilette. The flat is fully renovated: furniture, doors and windows, painting, coverings, bathroom, toilette, etc.
The flat is located in the outer 7th district but the „party area” of the district (Godzsu court, Király street) can be reached quickly and easily, even with a night bus. Still, the neighbourhood is quiet and calm. SAFETY: the district police office is located in the street next to flat, therefore you can feel safe night and day. The Városliget (green area with the Heroes’ square) is in 3 minutes walking from the flat. You can switch between the buzzing city and the clam green area just in a second. SHOPPING: Nos-stop grocery store in 1 minute from the flat. Shoping centre (Récsei) in 2 minutes walking. Traditional Hungarian market ("Garay") in 3 minutes walking. „Aréna Pláza” (Budapest’s biggest shopping centre with cinema and a lot of shops) in 10 minutes walking or 2 stations of public transport. Food and drink: Cheap foods in 1 minute walking: Chinese restaurant, Turkish restaurant, confectionery, pancakce, Mix-R pizzeria. Kert Bisztró Thököly út 57. (URL HIDDEN) nice restaurant with a terrace and delicious food (cheap menus for lunch) in 3 minutes walking.
