Hosts were engaged and helpful from giving us advise prior to our arrival regarding our rental vehicle, providing transfer to apt after returning it upon our arrival in the city on a windy and rainy evening. Also they came with us (helped us with luggage!!) and showed us around the apt. They arranged our transportation to the airport for our 6 am flight - which was prompt and reasonably priced.
