The hotel room was exactly as advertised, and incredibly comfortable. Food at the hotel restaurant was also delicious, and not too expensive despite the quality. Also, photos make the portions look small, but we weren't able to finish all our food. Finally, the staff spoke amazing English and were great.

In the end, we didn't stay at Garestin because they had some problem with heating in our room, but the most positive rating goes for the way they handled it - they found us another room in a hotel with 4*, for the same price and with everything we were supposed to get if we were staying at Garestin. Everything went without any problems and we are very satisfied with their hospitality and the way of communication 😊.

A very cute place in the absolute center of the old city. The building is from the 16th century!! It’s located in an inner courtyard that looks like it could be from a Shakespeare play.

My room was a small budget room for one person which was on the third floor and the only window was like a sky-light, so there wasn't any view but that was what I had booked, so that did not really upset me. Using the google map instructions with the booking, I had a lot of trouble finding the property; it was really in the center of town. There was some parking which I was able to use but I don't think it is always available as there aren't many spaces. I only spent one night and didn't really have a chance to "enjoy" the area. I elected to not eat breakfast (which was additional) so I can't comment on that.

Vila is a good choice for summer and winter stay. The house is clean and nice. The owner of the place is a hospital and friendly man, who can help you to navigate the city, help and explain 😌✨ Pleasant communication and nice company.
The view is just amazing (even without snow or green). There is also a fire place which creates a cozy and warm atmosphere. We will visit this place again for sure
