Luxury Art Room is located in the old town right at the local bus station. It is located 200 m from Diocletian’s Palace. The local green market is 1 minute away as well as bakeries, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. The main promenade “Riva” is 2 minute walking distance as well as to is Diocletian Palace, Chatedrale, Fish Market-intersting architectural monument built over 120 years ago in Secession style and all other atractions. Luxury Art Room is 500 m from the port. Split airport is 21 km away.
We will do our best so guests enjoy their stay in Split!
1 minute from the green market, bakeries, supermarkets, shops. 2 minute from main promenade Riva 2 minute from Diocletian’s Palace, Chatedrale 2 minute away from all the bars, restaurants, monument. Across the Riva along the west coast you can walk to the Marjan Forest Park, a green oasis which is one of the most beautiful places to visit in the city. The park can be easily accessed by stairs (called Marjanske stepenice), which are 10 minutes away from the apartment. The main sand beach "Bačvice" is about ten minutes walk, on the east side of the apartment.
