This property has a big and modern lift (elevator), which is a real rarity in Dubrovnik (no stairs at all). It is located just by the main Lapad Beach and all other sport and spa facilities of the beautiful Lapad area, pedestrian tracks by the sea, only 10 minutes from the old town by bus no.4 or taxi. You can also use indoor and outdoor swimming pools (also fitness and spa facilities-surcharged) of our 1st neighbour Grand Hotel Park at very convenient price (Eur7 per a swimming pools day ticket).
In the evening I prefer going to the Old Town because of Dubrovnik Summer Festival that takes place from 10th July to 25th of August every summer since 1949., presenting rich and vibrant theatre program with the fields in theatre, ballet, classic music and opera. The Old Town of Dubrovnik (just 10min.from the apartment by local bus no.4 or taxi ) and it's ancient monuments, rennaisance, baroque scenes are the unique stage for all these events and that's what makes Dubrovnik Summer Festival so special. Some theatre program even takes place on the nearby island of Lokrum, that is protected nature's park with straordinary monuments and beaches, too (beautiful to visit all day long, also with children). The sea in Dubrovnik is so clean and nice that you can swim almost anywhere you want. Lapad area is the best one for relaxing and enjoying in numerous bars, restaurants, sports, walking, swimming on the main Lapad beach or on many small romantic beaches nearby.
You will have a free of charge wi fi Internet and free of charge parking place in the underground garage in the same building (on request), connected to your apartment by a big and modern lift (no stairs to climb-real rarity in Dubrovnik). Supermarket, cinema (movies in original language, mostly English), bar & restaurant, bakery shop are in your building as well (ground floor).
