After paying the rest of the amount, you will receive a voucher by email. NOTIFICATION: If you cancel the reservation during the free cancellation period, we will return the advance payment to your account within 7 days.

Neighborhood info

The settlement of Jezera is situated on the south-east coast of the island of Murter, and 3 km away from the bridge in Tisno (the only connection of Murter with the mainland). It has the population of 960 inhabitants. The name of the settlement derives from small lakes which are created in the valleys after spring and autumn rains. When the sun shines, the lakes disappear. The settlement was populated already in the 13th century. Mortar, the hill (the Illyrian compound word from the words for "sea" and "tower") from which the name Murter derives, dominates the bay. The old Illyrians were supposed to build a tower on Mortar, from which they used to give signals to their boats which navigated nearby. The inhabitants of Jezera have little fertile land on which they cultivate vine, olives and figs. They have been skilful seamen from ancient times, while fishing has been the most important source of economy. Besides fishing, the inhabitants of Jezera are nowadays engaged in tourism, trade and crafts. Jezera is also known for its Cultural society "Koledišće", promoting the tradition of folk songs, costumes and customs. The ACI nautical port is located in the centre of the settlement.
