A 2-story building is set to impress for its space, incredibly large terraces and airy interiors. With 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, shaded balconies overlooking the lush gardens and the unique natural lake, Zervos Apartments can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests. Our guests also can benefit from the access to the private beach in front of the house. Outside, Zervos Apartments is a lush oasis under the Greek sun. Huge gated grounds with shrubs, flowers and trees surround the house providing a sense of space and privacy. Comfortable sun beds and shades are provided for long hours of sunbathing, pampered by the gentle local breeze and surrounded by the most unspoiled nature. The big dining table & lounge in the balcony will make your nights with your family and friends will be restful & homey. Zervos Apartments is the truly perfect choice for summer holidays in Corfu. It has large, private terraces all around, extensive gardens with lawn, as well as a truly unique location just 164 ft from the beach. Spending long hours in the beach at sunset, or dining, will be a lovely experience for all the family, a perfect property for families or friends looking for an unforgettable holiday in prime position For charcoal grilled meals, a portable barbecue and an outdoor kitchen is also available. Furthermore the huge dining table is comfortable for all the guests. Free parking is available within the grounds. Guests staying in Zervos Apartments also can benefit from free sun beds and umbrellas by our private beach located 2 min walk away. The sea is just a few steps and those in the sand. A huge sandy beach with crystal clear water and very gently sloping natural sand beach stretches in front of you, just leave the door of the house. The area of Bouka is in regime ecological protection and so nothing will bother you on your vacation. For the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, washing machine, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates.
