The long sandy beach of Lagada is just 1312 feet away. The bungalows and villas are elegant, with stone walls, wooden furniture and timber ceilings. Their private balconies offer sea or landscape views. Each offers a comfortable seating area with fireplace. A welcome basket consisting of homemade jams, sweets and a bottle of a traditional drink is offered. Makrigialos is graced with a long sandy beach and a splendid backdrop of mountains with gorges. The village features a delightful selection of taverns, bars and cafes, all serving delicious local flavors.
